Young at Art Museum
Young at Art Musem is a non-profit that focus on inspiring children with art and culture. This LEED Gold-certified project results in a facility that brings together constantly changing environment, architecture and interactive art.

Els for Autism Center provides a uniquely designed on-site educational program for 300 children on the autism spectrum ages 3-21. The site plan entailed the construction of a 66,000 sq ft lower and upper level school. It also includes 22,000 sq ft gymnasium, cafeteria, administration, 300 seat auditorium and other athletic facilities.

YMCA South Dade
This two story building in Miami-Dade County replaces a 9,000 sq ft facility. This site went from a program center to a full-fledged YMCA with several renovations to help make it a state-of-the-facility. This facility includes two-court gymnasium, two meeting rooms, offices, child care center, lockers, fitness studios and fitness center.
